New York-based Rosen Law Firm has filed a class-action lawsuit against Cyberpunk 2077's publisher CD Projekt S.A. due to its alleged violation of federal securities laws. Sony Pictures Chairman and CEO Tony Vinciquerra has revealed that his studio is currently developing seven TV shows and three movies based on PlayStation games. Archaeologists have discovered that a 3,300-year-old baboon skull may tease a fabled land said to have been visited often by Egyptians, according to a report from ScienceMag . Universal Studios Japan has released an area map for its forthcoming Super Nintendo World area, themed around characters from the Mario games and their universe of spinoffs. Silent Hill and Gravity Rush creator Keiichiro Toyama has shared some details of the upcoming debut game from his new studio, which will be a horror-themed action-adventure, aiming for a 2023 release, that will appeal to Toyama's fans. Some players have accidentally been playing PS4 versions of cross-gen games on their PS5, and now Sony has added a warning that will help make sure that doesn't happen. As spotted by @Tidux on Twitter, if you try to start, for example, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, you will now be asked to confirm your game version. It will say "You're about to play the PS4 version of this game. Do you want to switch to the PS5 version?" It then offers you an option to download/play the PS4 version if you choose to or to switch to the PS5 version. This issue was noticed by many who were accidentally playing the PS4 version of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on their brand new PS5s. This impacted mainly those who purchased and downloaded either the Cross-Gen bundle or the Ultimate Edition of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, which included both versions. It may have originally come out in 2018, but Among Us took 2020 by storm, and it's deserving of that spotlight. Innersloth has made the tense, multiplayer fun of in-person cloak and dagger games like Mafia and Werewolf work on PC, mobile, and consoles with a flourish. And the great times I've had slaying, lying, and sleuthing my way through its charming sci-fi world got me wondering why it took so long for this sort of game to catch on. There are still a few technical hitches to be worked out, just like the fussy engines on the Skeld, but that hasn't kept me from coming back to it again and again in my down time. The premise of Among Us is simple enough that just about anyone can pick it up quickly: eight crew members dash around a claustrophobic, cartoon spaceship to complete simple minigames and fill up a shared progress bar. But among them are two hidden impostors with the goal of secretly murdering everyone until they equal or outnumber the crew and claim victory. And
