PlayStation Reveals 5 Japanese-Developed Launch Games for PS VR2

Sony has unveiled five Japanese-developed games including The Tale of Onogoro and Fantasvision 202X coming to the PlayStation VR2 at launch. Revealed on the PlayStation Blog , the games are the latest to join the PS VR2's launch line-up on February 22 . The Tale of Onogoro is a cooperative action game that sees the player join forces with Hal, a shrine maiden who embarks on a journey to stop the five raging Kami living on Onogori Island. Teamwork is essential as the player must solve riddles and battle with Hal while sharing health. Fantavision 202X is a remake of the original PlayStation 2 game, bringing back the bright and colourful firework-themed puzzles in the world of virtual reality. Also coming on launch day is Altair Breaker, a multiplayer sword-fighting action game that, as you'd expect, puts the player in control of a sword-fighting master as they cut through an army of killing machines. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is getting a ton of new content next month , but the addition that has the most people talking isn't the major DLC expansion, Gyroids, cooking, or even Brewster and the Roost. It's the return of Froggy Chair. Froggy Chair was the center of a late 2019 meme that took over the Animal Crossing fandom leading up to the release of New Horizons in March 2020. It started when Tumblr user garbuge posted a meme including Froggy Chair and its price of 1,440 bells, with the MCU's Thanos underneath, saying, "A small price to pay for froggy chair." The meme is a play on Thanos' quote, "a small price to pay for salvation." Shortly after, the meme made another appearance on Reddit , when user Sebastian_Kackmann posted another Froggy Chair/Thanos crossover in the Animal Crossing subreddit. Destiny 2 Reveals God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, and Horizon Outfits for New Season

PlayStation and Bungie are bringing new armor cosmetics and content to Destiny 2's Season of the Deep, which launched earlier today. The PlayStation exclusive content was inspired by some of the company's most popular IP, including The Last of Us, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, and the Horizon franchise. Each of Destiny 2’s three classes will receive a new armor ornament set. The hunter class will get the “Annointed” cosmetic set inspired by Aloy from the Horizon series , while Titans can look forward to equiping the “Godsbane” ornament set based on Kratos from Santa Monica Studio’s God of War series . Warlocks, meanwhile, will be able to acquire the “Ancestral” ornament set, which is based on the samurai style of Jin Sakai from Sucker Punch’s open world 2020 game Ghost of Tsushima .
