Halo Infinite Shows Off Its Upcoming Multiplayer Events

343 Industries has revealed further information about the upcoming limited-time events coming as part of Halo Infinite's first multiplayer season, Heroes of Reach.

Shown off by the official Halo account on Twitter (below), the studio shared further information about the different events that Halo fans can expect in the game over the coming months. "With our 20th Anniversary event wrapping on Monday, Nov. 22, we wanted to look ahead at what’s to come. Draw your blades for Fracture: Tenrai, arriving next week," said 343 on Twitter.

Although the Fracture: Tenrai event has been confirmed as the first that fans will encounter this season, it's not the only event that 343 has shared in relation to Heroes of Reach. In the coming months, additional multiplayer experiences will include Winter Contingency, Cyber Showdown, and Tactical Ops events.

While the studio has given few other details away about the specifics of the upcoming evenst, it has shown off some of the different rewards that players will be able to unlock across the period. As revealed on a poster shared by 343 (below), the Fracture: Tenrai event will contain 30 tiers of free unlockable content with special cosmetics including new badges, weapon skins, and a pretty neat-looking Samurai-themed armour set.

The studio recently confirmed that it had been assessing progression in its main multiplayer battle pass after it received a range of negative fan feedback surrounding the system's slow grind. Since announcing the review only a number of days ago, the development team further updated fans to reveal that it had implemented the first changes to its multiplayer progression system in order to make the experience more enjoyable.
