IGN UK Podcast #559: The Manic Marsupial and Jesse's Voice Changer

The manic marsupial, AKA Crash Bandicoot is back, and because he forgot to press record the first time; so is Dale with a second go at explaining all his thoughts on the game. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Preloading Has Begun

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom isn't out for another week, but it's now officially available for preloading. As of today, Nintendo Switch users who preordered Tears of the Kingdom digitally can now preload the game a week early as expected. Of course, it still won't be playable until the game officially unlocks, but preloading it now might help you jump back into the world of Hyrule a little bit earlier — as GameSpot pointed out, the file is 16.2GB. Some fans have reported difficulty with getting the preload to begin, but it appears there's a simple solution. According to Twitter user @PhantomxKairi, canceling the preorder and preordering again should prompt the preload to begin correctly. My digital version of Tears of the Kingdom is now preloading on my Switch! Black Friday: Walmart's Next PS5 and Xbox Console Drops Coming Cyber Monday

Walmart+ members can get access to PS5 and Xbox consoles on Monday, November 29 beginning at 12 PM ET/9 AM PT as part of Walmart's Cyber Monday kick-off. If you haven't yet signed up, Walmart+ membership is $12.95 a month and gets you access to Walmart's deals earlier than everyone else, including on its Cyber Monday PS5 and Xbox console drops.

How to Get a PS5 or Xbox at Walmart on Cyber Monday

To help your chances of getting either a PS5 or an Xbox when they become available on Monday, November 29 at 12 PM ET/9 AM PT, you need to be a paid Walmart+ member. Not does this give you a jump on the consoles, but you get early access to ALL Walmart's Cyber Monday deals. In other words, if you want to increase your chances, you need to sign up for a month of Walmart+ membership.

Last Monday, Walmart had Black Friday PS5 and Xbox consoles available, with Walmart+ members having priority. I probably don't need to tell you this, but the consoles were long gone before non-members had a chance to get any.

Full membership to Walmart+ $12.95, and you can't get early access to Walmart's Black Friday deals with a trial membership. In other words, if you want to increase your chances of getting a PS5 this Black Friday, you need to sign up.Note: you don't get early access with a trial membership. If you want to get your hands on a PS5 or Xbox when they go live on Walmart's website, you pretty much need to have a Walmart+ membership.

When to Get a PS5 and Xbox at Walmart for Cyber Monday

The PS5 and Xbox console drops begin at 12 PM ET on Monday, November 29 for Walmart+ members, and will ONLY be available online. Even if you don't sign up for Walmart+ membership, I definitely recommend creating a Walmart account ahead of the PS5 and Xbox drops f you want to save a bit of time. On the off chance they do offer consoles without giving Walmart+ members extra time, you'll be happy you saved yourself the headache. When you sign up for an account you enter in all your relevant info: shipping and billing address, credit card info, and name. When the consoles DO become available, the few seconds you save by not having to re-enter in all your info could mean the difference between bringing home a PS5 or getting a dreaded "sorry, this item is no longer available" message.

Definitely bookmark the item pages above, but this method isn't foolproof, as often Walmart and other retailers shake up the URLs for the new consoles to ward off bots. Also, the item pages often get taken over by third-party sellers when the consoles aren't available from Walmart, so you get some crazy high prices.

Can I Get a PS5 or Xbox at my Local Walmart on Black Friday?

This is an easy one: no. The PS5 will not be at physical locations, nor will the Xbox. If you want a PS5 for Black Friday you have to order one online. Same if you want an Xbox Series X or S. It's just the reality we live in now.

What Other Black Friday Deals Does Walmart Have?

The official kick-off to Black Friday at Walmart was actually Monday, November 22. The deals are pretty great, and you might even get a Nintendo Switch bundle if you dare to venture out into the crowds today.

Basically, Black Friday is almost over and we're following the Walmart Black Friday deals as they transition into Cyber Monday.
