IGN UK Podcast #559: The Manic Marsupial and Jesse's Voice Changer

The manic marsupial, AKA Crash Bandicoot is back, and because he forgot to press record the first time; so is Dale with a second go at explaining all his thoughts on the game. Jesse is also on and has been playing a ton of Star Wars: Squadrons. In other news, he also has a new voice changer toy that distracts us for a good 30 seconds too. Cardy rounds off the trio by telling us all about his early thoughts of the Mafia Remaster and we also have an extremely tight round of The Endless Search that needs an action replay to decide a winner. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Preloading Has Begun

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom isn't out for another week, but it's now officially available for preloading. As of today, Nintendo Switch users who preordered Tears of the Kingdom digitally can now preload the game a week early as expected. Of course, it still won't be playable until the game officially unlocks, but preloading it now might help you jump back into the world of Hyrule a little bit earlier — as GameSpot pointed out, the file is 16.2GB. Some fans have reported difficulty with getting the preload to begin, but it appears there's a simple solution. According to Twitter user @PhantomxKairi, canceling the preorder and preordering again should prompt the preload to begin correctly. My digital version of Tears of the Kingdom is now preloading on my Switch! Best Buy Will Have Nintendo Switch OLEDs in Stock Tomorrow

The Nintendo Switch OLED model will release tomorrow. If you already own a Switch, it might not be worth the upgrade; but if you are looking to pick up the latest Switch model, Best Buy will have the console in stock tomorrow, according to its website.

Heading to the Nintendo Switch OLED landing page, Best Buy has a countdown timer to prepare for the release of the hybrid gaming console. We reached out to Best Buy for comment on when the restocks will be firmly available, but the countdown implies that it could be available when the timer hits zero.

The landing page offers listings for both the White and Neon Red/Neon Blue Switch OLED consoles, though there are also a ton of new listings, bundling one of the Switch OLED colors along with either a carrying case, a copy of Metroid Dread (which also releases tomorrow), or all three items together.

The Nintendo Switch OLED was originally announced back in July and features a slightly larger OLED display. The new Switch model uses the same specs as the base Nintendo Switch, so this is not the long-rumored "Switch Pro" many were hoping for.

In our review of the Nintendo Switch OLED, I praised the slightly larger and brighter display despite recycling the same graphical and processing power, making it easier to play in direct sunlight. And that the console was a major upgrade for those that primarily play the Switch in handheld or tabletop mode.
